The mounting tapes are ideal for permanent fastenings indoors and outdoors. It consists of a double-sided adhesive Acrylic foam and offers extremely high adhesive strength, as well as resistance to moisture and temperatures between 40°C and 120°C. Thanks to the very strong adhesion of the material, it is particularly suitable for mounting objects with flat undersides such as nameplates, outdoor thermometers etc. on smooth or slightly uneven surfaces such as brickwork or plaster.

Kip Steinbänder sind ein universeller Helfer, bestehend aus einem Gewebe und einer PE Kunststoffbeschichtung. Trotz ihrer hohen Stabilität, lassen sie sich leicht von Hand abreißen. Sie sind widerstandsfähig gegenüber Wasser, Öl sowie mechanischen und chemischen Einflüssen. Dieses Band ist ideal für Abdeckarbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich sowie für Sandstrahl-Reparaturen, wasserdichtes Versiegeln von Behältern, zur Asbestentsorgung und das Verpacken von Transportgütern. Die Mesh Angabe gibt an wieviel Gewebefäden pro Quadrat Inch (1 Inch = 2,54 cm) vorhanden sind und beeinflusst die Handabreißbarkeit oder Reißfestigkeit des Klebebandes. Zudem muss auf das verwendete Material und die Fadendicke geachtet werden. Das Duo Steinband ist doppelseitig klebend und besteht aus strapazierfähigem Gewebe mit Kunststoffbeschichtung. Es hat eine hohe Klebekraft sowie Anschmiegsamkeitund eigent sich besonders gut zum Anbringen von Abdeckmaterialien auf rauem Untergründen wie Putz oder Stein. Beim Einsatz auf lackierten Untergründen sollte jedoch nur sehr vorsichtig vorgegangen werden. Es kann Temperaturen bis 90°C standhalten.
