We supply sales and distribution outlets throughout Europe and have been impressing our customers with competent, individual advice and excellent service for over 55 years. In order to continue to grow, we are looking for you as a talented, qualified and committed employee who would like to play a key role in shaping and expanding the area of industrial sales.

What you do with us

  • You are the contact person for our industrial customers (B2B) in the back office, supporting us significantly in retaining our customers and expanding business relationships
  • You identify and structure potential new customer sectors and possible new customers in the various areas of the industry
  • You develop market development and customer acquisition strategies adapted to various focus industries
  • You implement these yourself and in cooperation with the sales team on site at the customer’s premises (travel to a limited extent)
  • You observe and analyze the market as well as the competition in order to identify and implement impulses and trends at an early stage
  • You plan sales and marketing measures, implement them and monitor their success
  • You take care of the tender offers from the calculation to the follow-up
  • You are in close contact with our colleagues at our parent company (USA)
  • You are the link to all relevant internal and external interfaces in order to optimally maintain and expand customer relationships

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed commercial training, a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience as a sales representative in the industry
  • You think analytically, process-oriented and yet creatively and thus always find optimal solutions
  • You are a strong communicator and assertive
  • You work independently, in a structured, responsible and reliable manner
  • You have a hands-on mentality
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and ideally another foreign language
  • You like to travel and personally look after your customers at home and abroad
