What you do with us

  • Development and implementation of individual medium and long-term strategies and measures for brand building, including the creation and implementation of the marketing plan
  • Development and use of the communicative marketing mix components, including independent implementation of product, communication and marketing activities such as trade marketing/POS, catalogs and brochures, mailings and PR texts
  • Collaboration with the social media team to expand online marketing measures
  • Planning and implementation of marketing projects in cooperation with internal departments
  • Market observation and analysis to derive potentials and suitable marketing measures (e.g. defense strategies)
  • Preparation of analyses (e.g. product range analyses) including the derivation and management of recommendations for marketing and product range activities
  • Collaboration in the organization and implementation of internal and external events and trade fairs
  • Creation and graphic preparation of concepts and customer presentations, as well as the independent implementation of presentations at the customer’s premises
  • Cooperation with external agencies and service providers, as well as their support and coordination
  • Independent management of the marketing budget
  • Interface to colleagues in sales, purchasing and product management

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed training as an advertising manager/communications specialist, a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience as a brand and/or product manager of a branded goods manufacturer
  • You have an affinity for the trade
  • You are proficient in the practical implementation of the marketing mix and have an understanding of brand philosophy, brand positioning and brand design
  • You are proactive, analytical and process-oriented
  • You are creative, yet love a precise way of working and are characterized by your professionalism
  • You are a strong communicator and assertive
  • You work independently, in a structured, responsible and reliable manner
  • You have a hands-on mentality
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and ideally another foreign language
  • You enjoy communicating with customers and actively participate in trade fairs
