What you do with us

Compliance management:

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal guidelines
  • Conducting compliance risk analyses and developing appropriate measures to minimize risks
  • Monitoring and updating compliance strategies and processes
  • Cooperation with our parent company in the USA and collaboration in international teams on international projects
  • Advising and training employees on compliance issues and legal requirements
  • Cooperation with external auditors and supervisory authorities
  • Collaboration and coordination of internal audits and compliance controls
  • Preparation of reports and presentations on compliance topics
  • Review of customer and framework agreements with regard to compliance provisions
  • Elaboration and creation of supplier conditions with regard to compliance
  • Support for foreign locations (Europe-wide) on all compliance issues

Sustainability management:

  • Development and implementation of sustainability strategies and targets in line with corporate values
  • Development of internal guidelines – analysis of the company’s ecological, social and economic impact and identification of potential for improvement
  • Integration of sustainability aspects into business processes and supply chain management
  • Creation of reports and presentations
  • Communication of sustainability initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring and reporting on sustainability indicators and ESG criteria
  • Preparation of CO2e balances at company and, if applicable, product level
  • Identification and implementation of innovative solutions for resource conservation and CO2 reduction
  • Collaboration with external partners and organizations in the area of sustainability
  • Preparation for and support with sustainability certifications and audits
  • Promoting a corporate culture that establishes compliance and sustainability as core values
  • Support for foreign locations (Europe-wide) on all sustainability issues

Your profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business law or business administration with a focus on compliance, sustainability, environmental management or ESG or a comparable qualification.
  • You have experience in compliance management and an understanding of sustainability issues such as ESG criteria, supply chain law and environmental standards
  • You are strong in reporting and documentation.
  • You are characterized by your structured, independent and self-reliant way of working.
  • You are a real team player and your motto is one for all, all for one.
  • You are constantly developing and want a job with responsibility.
  • You have an empathetic manner that ensures smooth communication and you don’t hold back with important information.
  • Your strong analytical skills and experience in using common IT applications such as SAP, MS Office (especially Excel) round off your profile.
  • Your German and English skills are impressive.
