DOMOTEX 2026 -
Successful trade fair appearance in Retailers Park
From January 19 to 22, 2026, it was that time again: DOMOTEX in Hanover opened its doors – and Kip was part of the newly created Retailers Park for the first time.
The Retailers Park is an innovative marketplace format that was implemented for the second time in cooperation between MEGA and Decor Union. Many smaller, openly designed trade fair stands create a clear and communicative atmosphere – with the clear aim of inspiring new target groups for DOMOTEX and, among other things, to appeal more strongly to painters and other processors.
For Kip, taking part in this event was an exciting premiere.
New contacts, new impulses
The special atmosphere of the Retailers Park enabled exactly what the concept promises: an intensive and uncomplicated exchange across industry boundaries.
In addition to our long-standing customers from paint wholesalers, the building materials trade, DIY and industry, we were able to hold numerous discussions with direct users of our products – including many master painters and craft businesses. This mix of different visitor groups was refreshingly new and extremely enriching for us.
Our innovative and high-quality products met with great interest. The trade fair provided an ideal platform for presenting new products, discussing applications in greater depth and receiving valuable feedback from the field.
The direct dialog with users in particular gave us important impetus and confirmed once again how crucial quality, practicality and consulting expertise are in the market.
Our conclusion
The four days of the trade fair were intense, inspiring and forward-looking for Kip. We see the Retailers Park concept as an exciting approach with clear potential for the further development of DOMOTEX.
We can look back on successful days with many new contacts, interesting discussions and fresh perspectives – and clearly see further potential here for the future.
